Recurring Billing

Skype | 2006 - 2007

Part of Skype's paid for business development plan included the introduction of monthly recurring payments. My role in this project was to communicate to the Skype users, what monthly recurring payments they had active, when the payment would occur and how to cancel these billing agreements. This information was to be displayed in both the My Account on the Web and the My Account in the Skype client.
